Salt is an essential element with endless uses and significance. One of my favorite ways to utilize it is to make a pH balancing mouth rinse. Combined with boiled water to create a brine, the following salt rinse has become a staple in my oral hygiene routine. After making and using it consistently for about 2 years, the health of my mouth, teeth and gums has improved so much!
